Can I watch when I'm not home?
Yes, from anywhere with internet: in the BabyHeart app, and your account is online too. Or call the hotline at +1 (555) 010-BABY to just listen.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. In local mode the camera and the parent monitor connect directly to each other, like a classic baby monitor. Remote viewing from your phone and smart alerts need internet.
What if there's no WiFi where the camera is?
Use a small 4G/eSIM router next to the camera, or local mode with the monitor. The app walks you through both.
How does sharing work?
Add a person by phone number, choose which cameras and for how long. They get a text with a link to the app. Access expires on its own and you can remove anyone at any time.
What is the dial-in hotline?
Call the BabyHeart number, +1 (555) 010-BABY, from a phone that has access and hear the room live. From another phone, enter your PIN. You can also request a snapshot by text.
How many cameras can I have?
Up to 10 cameras per home, each with its own name and alerts.
Is my video private?
Yes. Your video stays on our secure server, only people you share with can see it, and event clips are deleted after 7 days.
